**NOTICE**
Unfortunately, we can no longer allow visits to our rattery. This policy had to be implemented for the safety of our family and our home.
We really do love each and every one of our babies and care deeply for their well being. That being said, we want everyone to experience the joy of owning pet rats and wish for the adoption process to be as non threatening as possible.
You will find the adoption fee for each baby next to their name, above the baby picture. We are not in this to make a huge profit! All of the proceeds from rat sales will go back into the rattery to cover vet costs, food, bedding, toys etc. This is our hobby and we find our prices to be fair. At this time we do not require a down payment from our Adopters. All we ask is that you shoot us a quick e-mail should you no longer wish to adopt from us. This ensures that we will be able to find homes for all of our babies
All of our babies MUST be adopted out in pairs, unless you already have a cage mate for our baby at home. Please, do not try to convince me to allow you to adopt a single rat if it will be living alone. This will only end up frustrating both of us and I will not "give in". Here is a really great article on why rats should live with a cage mate: Why Rats Need Company - RMCA.

At this time we would really appreciate your involvement in our lines! When filling out our Adoption Form we ask that you consider allowing us to send you a simple Rat Review questionnaire every few months so that we can monitor the health, temperament and possible color changes in the rats you have adopted from us. This is not meant to be invasive or to monitor your pet "parenting"! It simply allows us to know more about the rats we are producing and helps to perfect our lines. Including a picture in the rare case of color change would also be much appreciated!
Simply e-mail us the completed Adoption Form along with any questions you may have.
